Terms & Conditions:

  1. The ‘Members Appreciation Rewards’ Campaign (the “Campaign”) is organized by Pavilion Privileges (the “Organizer”) for Pavilion members (the “Members”).
  2. This Campaign is applicable for all Pavilion Privileges Members who spend at Pavilion Bukit Jalil mall tenants’ stores (excluding ‘Parkson’).
  3. Members who spend RM8,000 and above, with more than one (1) receipt submitted during the Campaign Period from Pavilion Bukit Jalil will qualify as an “Eligible Participant”.
  4. The list of Eligible Participants will be based on the total spending during the Campaign Period. Receipts must be submitted on the same day. Only approved receipts will be considered in calculating the total spending. Any rejected receipts will be excluded from the total spending and the rejection reasons will be based on the Pavilion Privileges Terms & Conditions.
  5. The Organizer will evaluate the list of Eligible Participants with the highest total spending within the Campaign Period and decide on the Winners at its sole and absolute discretion. The top 20 Eligible Participants with the highest total spending during the Campaign Period (the “Winners”) will be entitled to win Prizes from this Campaign.
  6. Winners will be announced and contacted within 2 to 6 weeks after Campaign ended. Member ID of Winners will be published on the Organizer’s website.
  7. Winners will be notified via email and/or SMS by the Organizer.
  8. The Organizer shall not be held responsible or liable in the event that the Winner(s) cannot be contacted for any reason whatsoever, following efforts by the Organizer to contact the Winner(s). In the event that the Organizer is unable to contact the particular Winner after three (3) attempts, that Winner will be disqualified and prizes are forfeited. In the event that a Winner is disqualified, the next ranked participant will be selected as the Winner(s) and the Organizer reserves the absolute right to make the decision.
  9. The Organizer reserves the right at its discretion to, at any time, substitute or replace the Prize with other products with prior notice. In case of any such substitution or replacement, all these terms and conditions shall apply to such substitute or replacement products.
  10. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or in kind under any circumstances.
  11. Any misuse / tampering / forgery of submitted receipts, participant entry shall be disqualified from this Campaign without notice. Entry must comply with the Campaign guidelines or it will be disqualified.
  12. In the event of dispute, the Organizers reserves the right to request for proof of the original receipt for verification.
  13. The Organizers will not be held liable for any lost or damage to the prizes; no replacement(s) or other compensation will be provided.
  14. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, postpone, change or extend the Campaign Period and/or the Campaign prizes at any time without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason. The decision of the Organizers on all matters relating to the Campaign is final, conclusive and binding on all participants and no correspondence will be entertained.
