Terms & Conditions:
1. Each participant is allowed a maximum of one (1) entry per Instagram account.
2. To participate, entrants must:
- Like the giveaway post on Instagram
- Follow @pavilionbukitjalil and @chab.my on Instagram
- Tag three (3) friends in the comment section of the giveaway post
3. The contest period runs from8 January 2026 to 11 January 2026, 11:59 PM. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
4. Winners will be selected randomly and announced in the post’s comment section. Winners will also be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) by 14 January 2026.
5. Prizes:
- Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) RM20 Cha B Cash Voucher, applicable for beverages only.
- Two (2) winners (selected from the ten winners) will also receive one (1) exclusive Blind Box.
6. Selected winners must respond via DM with their Full Name, IC No./Passport No., Mobile No., and Email by 30 January 2026. Failure to respond within the stipulated timeframe will result in disqualification.
7. Prizes must be collected in person at Cha B, Level 1 (Pink Zone), Pavilion Bukit Jalil, between 14 January 2026 and 31 January 2026.
8. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
9. Cha B Cash Voucher Terms:
- Valid until 31 January 2026
- Redeemable only at Cha B, Pavilion Bukit Jalil (Lot P1.01.00, Level 1, Pink Zone)
- Applicable for drinks only
- Voucher is non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash, in part or in full
- E-voucher must be presented at the time of redemption
- One-time redemption only
- Cha B will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or misuse of the voucher. Participants are advised to keep their voucher details secure at all times.
10. Any violation of the contest Terms & Conditions may result in disqualification.
11. Prizes not collected within the stated redemption period will be forfeited.
12. Pavilion Bukit Jalil does not provide delivery services for prize collection.
13. Pavilion Bukit Jalil reserves the right to amend, modify, or interpret these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
