Terms & Conditions:
1) This “MEGA SHOPPING WALK GIVEAWAY” (“Contest”) is organised by Pavilion Bukit Jalil
(“Organiser”) which will be held from 15 June 2025 to 31 July 2025 subject to the terms and
conditions stated hereinbelow.
2) The following persons are not eligible to participate in this Contest :-
a. employees of the Organiser;
b. contest agency(ies) and advertising agencies (including its vendors and suppliers who are
directly involved in the Contest) of the Organiser.
c. Retail staff participating on behalf of shoppers in Pavilion Bukit Jalil.
d. The Contest is open to all Malaysian residents aged eighteen (18) and above subject to the
Terms and Conditions herein contained.
3) By participating in this Contest, the Participants agree to be bound by the Terms and
Conditions of this Contest and the decision of the Organiser. The decision of the Organiser
shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence, enquiries, challenge, discussion,
appeals or objections in respect of any decision or determination made by the Organiser will
be entertained.
4) To be eligible to participate in the Contest, a participant is required to: -
a. Spend a minimum of RM500 mall-wide in a single receipt and submit the receipt via the
Contest Form to receive one (1) entry; and
b. Complete the Contest Form on Pavilion Bukit Jalil App and answer the questions set out in
the Form.
5) Each participant is limited to one (1) entry per day and a maximum of ten (10) entries
throughout the Contest period.
6) Contest entries are applicable for purchases made in Pavilion Bukit Jalil only.
7) Only ORIGINAL purchase receipt is accepted. Duplicate / reprint / used / top-up / reload /
guest check / pre-liminary / sales order receipts are not eligible.
8) Contest entries are only valid for same-day receipts of monthly packages from
tenants (i.e.: Beauty services package, etc.) and subsequent days / weeks /
months redemption is no longer valid until the shopper renews the package for
another term.
9) Receipts from the following are not eligible: PARKSON, THE FOOD MERCHANT, PAVILION BUKIT JALIL EXHIBITION CENTRE, car wash, money changer, banking services, ATM transactions, utility payments, deposit payments, purchase of cash/shopping vouchers, and temporary vendors/pushcarts/kiosks.
10) Incomplete Contest Form or submission of Contest Form after 31 July 2025 will not be
entertained and will be automatically rejected.
11) The Prize is given on an “as is” basis.
12) The winner is required to attend a Prize Giving Ceremony to be held on 16 August 2025
(or such other date as may be revised and informed by the Organiser) to collect the prize
personally failing which the uncollected prize from the Prize Giving Ceremony will
automatically go to the next winner. The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion
accept collection on behalf for the Grand Prize by the winner’s authorised representative
subject to such terms and conditions as may be directed by the Organiser.
13) After the Prize Giving Ceremony, the winner of Grand Prize, will be required to liaise
directly with Apple Autotech Sdn Bhd for the execution of the necessary agreement and such
other relevant documents to effect the transfer of the relevant Prize in favour of the winner
within thirty (30) days from the date of the Prize Giving Ceremony failing which, the Prize will
automatically be forfeited. For the avoidance of doubt, the Organiser’s obligations in relation
to the Grand Prize is fully discharged after the Prize Giving Ceremony.
14) The winner of the Grand Prize shall be responsible to obtain all necessary approvals from
the relevant authority(ies) and shall bear among others, all charges, insurance, road tax, legal
fees, disbursements, taxes - registration fee, H/P Ownership Claim Fee, Puspakom Inspection
Fee and other costs incurred in relation to the Apple Autotech Sdn Bhd Documents or
otherwise.
15) Winner must at its own cost and expense collect or arrange for collection and/or delivery
of their prize.
16) All prizes are not transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or for any
other prizes.
17) The Organiser will not be responsible to reimburse the Prize winner with payment equal
to the value of the Grand Prize or replace with another prize of similar value if Apple Autotech
Sdn Bhd ceases or suspends its operations and business at any time during or after the Contest
Period, fails or refuses to effect the transfer in favour of the winner.
WINNER SELECTION PROCESS
18) A lucky winner will be randomly selected by an automated selection system subject to
meeting the Contest criteria. Winner will be notified via telephone or email stated in the
Personal Information registered through Pavilion Bukit Jalil App, wherein the winner is
required to verify his identity. In the event the Organiser is unable to contact the winner
whether by reason of incorrect contact details provided or otherwise or the winner fails or
unable to verify its identity, the Organiser reserves the right to select the next participant as
the Winner. The Organiser will not be responsible for any inaccurate and/or incomplete details
provided by Participant upon registration through Pavilion Bukit Jalil App. The Winner of the
Contest will be announced to the public either through social media or conventional
communication platform on 11 August 2025 (or such other date as may be revised and
informed by the Organiser). All participants are advised to keep a lookout for the
aforementioned announcement in the media.
CONTEST PRIZE REDEMPTION
19) The Prize must be claimed by the winner in person or representative in the manner stated
above within the timeline set out in Clause 13 and Clause 14 respectively.
20) The Winner must, in addition to any other documents requested by the Organiser, produce
his/her original Malaysia identity card, proof of purchase/receipt and acknowledged receipt
for the relevant prize.
21) The Prize, when accepted by the Winner, shall be entirely at the risk of the Winner. To the
fullest extent permitted under the law, the Organiser hereby disclaims any and all express or
implied warranties in connection with the Prize and including without limitation, any implied
warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising
from the course of dealing or course of performance, personal injury, death, and property
damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
22) In the event that the Winner rejects or fails to redeem the Prize for any reason and/or the
Prize is forfeited for any reason, the Organiser shall not be liable for any compensation to
Winner.
23) All costs, charges, fees and/or expenses that are associated with the Contest including
transportation, accommodation, sustenance and any other costs in relation to the collection
and redemption of the Prize shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:
24) In addition to the Organizer’s rights stated above, the Organiser has the right to
immediately disqualify any Participant who is found or suspected to be tampering with the
Contest entry submission process, and/or found or suspected to be undermining the
operation and administration of the Contest by fraud, cheating or deception.
25) The Organizer reserves the right to use the Winner’s names, photographs and/or
testimonial for purposes of publicity and/or advertising without any compensation and/or
prior notice.
26) The Organizer makes no guarantee of the error free and/or uninterruptible of the Contest
and will not in any manner whatsoever be held responsible for any data loss, interruption,
errors that may interfere with a Participant’s ability to participate.
27) The Organiser reserves the absolute right to change, amend, delete or add to the Terms
and Conditions, and/or substitute or replace the Prize without prior notice and without
assigning any reasons thereof and any such changes, amendments, deletions or additions shall
be effective on the posting of at the Contest website at pavilion-bukitjalil.com or Pavilion Bukit
Jalil’s social media pages. By participating and continuing to participate in this Contest, the
Participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions including any such changes,
amendments, deletions or additions as may be amended from time to time. Variation(s) of
the Terms and Conditions may be communicated to the Participants through modes of
communication deemed suitable by the Organiser. The Participants are advised to check the
Contest website periodically to view and check for any such changes.
28) The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or terminate this Contest or
any part thereof including all the terms and conditions contained herein without giving any
prior notice and no compensation in cash, credit or in kind shall be given.
29) The Organiser shall not be liable for any losses and/or damages which may be suffered by
the Participants, winner and/or any other party resulting from an/or arising out of or in
connection with this Contest, subsequent contest and/or the Prize given under this Contest.
30) All prize images shown in any advertisements, publicity promotions and other materials
relating to the Contest are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual Prize.
