Terms & Conditions:
1. Walk a minimum of 10,000 steps and present proof via a health/fitness app or device to receive one (1) RM20 Food & Beverage Voucher.
2. Shopper may redeem only one (1) voucher per redemption. Redemption must be made at the point of eligibility and cannot be deferred.
3. Redemption Period: 15 June – 31 July 2025.
4. Redemption Location: Redemption Counter, Level 4 (Pink Zone), Pavilion Bukit Jalil.
5. Each shopper is entitled to one (1) redemption per day and must be redeemed on the same day the steps are recorded.
6. Only verified digital proof of 10,000 steps (via mobile health apps or fitness devices) is accepted. Edited, duplicated, or pre-recorded data will not be accepted.
7. Redemption is not exchangeable for cash, other items, or transferable to third parties.
8. Retail staff are not allowed to participate or redeem on behalf of shoppers.
9. Redemption is not valid for steps recorded using non-personal devices or screenshots not verifiable by the Redemption Counter team.
10. Redemption is only valid for same-day tracking. Previous days’ step counts will not be accepted.
11. Pavilion Bukit Jalil reserves the right to reject any unverified submissions or request further proof for verification.
12. Pavilion Bukit Jalil reserves the right to add, amend, delete, substitute, or withdraw any of the terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
13. All decisions made by Pavilion Bukit Jalil are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
