Terms & Conditions
1. Each participant is allowed a maximum of one (1) entry per Facebook OR Instagram account.
2. To participate, entrants must:
- Like the giveaway post on Facebook OR Instagram;
- Follow Pavilion Bukit Jalil on Facebook OR Instagram;
- Tag three (3) friends in the comment section of the giveaway post; and
- Save the giveaway post.
3. The contest period runs from 24 August 2026 to 31 August 2026, 11:59PM. Entries submitted after the contest closing time will not be considered.
4. Winners will be selected at random and announced in the comment section of the official giveaway post. Winners will also be notified via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram by 2 September 2026.
5. Sixty-nine (69) winners, selected from Facebook AND Instagram combined, will each receive cash vouchers with a total value of RM50.
6. Selected winners must respond via DM with their Full Name, IC No./Passport No., Mobile No., and Email Address by 3 September 2026. Failure to respond within the stipulated timeframe will result in disqualification, and another winner may be selected at Pavilion Bukit Jalil's discretion.
7. Prizes can be collected at the Concierge Counter, Level 3, from 5 September 2026 to 16 September 2026, between 10:30am to 9:30pm.
8. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
9. Any participant who violates these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified.
10. Prizes that are not collected within the stipulated collection period will be forfeited.
11. Pavilion Bukit Jalil does not provide delivery services for prize collection.
12. Pavilion Bukit Jalil reserves the right to amend, modify, or interpret these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
13. By participating in the contest, all participants consent to the use of their names, photographs, and likeness for publicity and promotional purposes, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
14. All decisions made by Pavilion Bukit Jalil in relation to the contest are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
15. The type and denomination of the cash voucher(s) awarded will be determined solely by Pavilion Bukit Jalil.
