Terms & Conditions:
- Redemptions are applicable for purchases made in Pavilion Bukit Jalil only.
- Members must pay for the parking fees, which are not covered.
- Retail staff are not allowed to participate and redeem on behalf of shoppers in Pavilion Bukit Jalil.
- Each receipt is valid for only one type of redemption, on the same day of purchase.
- Limited to two (2) redemptions per month, on a first-come, first-served basis. Valid while stocks last.
- Redemption items are not exchangeable for cash or other items.
- Only ORIGINAL receipt is accepted. Duplicate / reprint / used / e-wallet / credit card receipts are not allowed.
- Redemption is not valid for a receipt that is collected based on payment that is fully subsidised by cash vouchers.
- For payment that is partially subsidised by cash voucher, only the amount topped up by cash can be considered for the redemption.
- Redemption is only valid for same-day receipts of monthly packages from tenants (i.e.: Beauty services package, etc.) and subsequent days / weeks / months redemption is no longer valid until the shopper renews the package for another term.
- Receipts from PARKSON, PAVILION BUKIT JALIL EXHIBITION CENTRE, CAR WASH, MONEY CHANGER, BANKING, ATM TRANSACTIONS, UTILITIES AND DEPOSIT PAYMENT, AND PURCHASE OF CASH VOUCHERS / SHOPPING VOUCHERS are not eligible.
- In the event of dispute, Pavilion Privileges reserves the right to demand for proof of purchase for verification.
- Pavilion Privileges does not warrant the quality, performance or fitness for the purpose of any prizes and shall not be responsible for any consequence including but not limited to loss of life, injury to person and/or damage to property arising from or in connection with the promotion and/or redemption or use of gifts.
- Pavilion Privileges reserves the right to add / amend / withdraw / substitute / terminate any of the terms and conditions of this privilege, as it deems fit, at any time without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason therefore and without any payment or compensation whatsoever.
- The decision of Pavilion Privileges on all matters relating to all mall promotions is final, conclusive and binding on all participants and no correspondence, whether relating to the allotment of redemption or otherwise, shall be entertained.
