Terms & Conditions: 

  1. Applicable to Pavilion Privileges Members only. Non-members are required to download the Pavilion Bukit Jalil mobile app and register as a member to participate.
  2. Redemptions are valid for purchases made at Pavilion Bukit Jalil only.
  3. Only same-day receipts will be accepted. Members are required to present the original receipt and upload it along with the credit card transaction slip via the Pavilion Bukit Jalil mobile app.
  4. Limited to one (1) redemption per member per day, while stocks last. Redemptions are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  5. Retail staff are not permitted to redeem on behalf of shoppers.
  6. Receipts that have been used for other promotions or redemptions are not eligible.
  7. Only original receipts are accepted. Duplicate, reprint, used, e-wallet, credit card, top-up, reload, guest check, preliminary, or sales order receipts are not eligible.
  8. Receipts from the following are not eligible for redemptions: Parkson, Pavilion Exhibition Centre (PEX) Bukit Jalil, Car wash, money changer, banks, ATM transactions, utilities, monthly instalment, deposit and partial payment, Purchases of gift cards, cash/shopping vouchers, and Temporary vendors, kiosks, or pushcarts.
  9. This offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash and other products or services.
  10. The Company reserves the right to request proof of purchase for verification purposes in the event of a dispute, and to add, amend, substitute, or withdraw these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
  11. All decisions made by the Company regarding this redemption are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
