MEMBER RELATIONS OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process membership applications, renewals and termination
  • Respond to queries, concerns and complaints from members or prospect members, provide appropriate solution

  • Deliver high-quality customer service, and provide information on membership benefits, policies and procedures to members

  • Serve members in a timely and effective manner and record relevant data accurately in the company database system.

  • Manage and coordinate gift redemptions while keeping a regular checklist for all stock inventory

  • Collaborate with and support marketing team during promotional and festive events

  • Recruit new membership
