ASSISTANT MANAGER, MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Responsibilities:
a. Advertising & Branding

Assist in developing and executing advertising and branding strategies in line with the mall’s overall objectives.

Coordinate the production of marketing collaterals (print, digital, and on-ground), ensuring timely delivery and quality control.

Support in managing branding consistency across all platforms and materials, adhering to approved brand guidelines.

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including creative development, printing, fulfilment, and distribution.

Work with agencies and vendors to support campaign rollouts and branding initiatives.

Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and campaign opportunities.
b. Social Media & Digital

Manage and update all official social media platforms of Pavilion Bukit Jalil with engaging and on-brand content.

Monitor, track, and analyse social media performance; prepare regular reports to guide content improvement.

Assist in content management across mall touchpoints such as digital screens, directories, and signage.
c. Public Relations & Partnerships

Assist in developing PR initiatives to strengthen the mall’s visibility and brand presence.

Liaise with tenants and external partners to support campaign collaborations and joint promotions.

Provide communications support for internal stakeholders and tenants as required.

Coordinate with media, agencies, and suppliers to maximise publicity and branding opportunities.

Support in preparing marketing budgets and ensure activities are delivered within approved allocations.
